Helping together: the ProActive! program
GoAhead! is a non-profit organisation and depends on the support of volunteers. We need every helping hand possible in order to help the children in Africa. Being young, we are free to walk off the beaten path and have the creativity (and possible naivety) to forge new ways. GoAhead! is a gateway for young people looking to help children in Southern Africa.
There are various ways to get involved
Since 2008, college groups have formed in several German cities as well as Princeton. You can even motivate your friends and found your own GoAhead! college group! Whatever your initiative, Pro Active will support you with their advice, an basic manual and experience. Other ways to get active are:
- Work with us (current job descrioptions, in German)
- Organise a charity event and collect donations
- Become a member
- Sponsor a child in South Africa (starting at €6 a month)
- Participate in a Homes of Hope team
- Become a volunteer
Just decide what suits you best and get in touch with us!
All of us at GoAhead! share a passion for Africa and the mission to give AIDS orphans hope in life. You can join the efforts of an extremely motivated and active team. Being young people, we have visions and ideals of a better world. If we want it to change within the next 20 years we have to act now. The more we are, the more awareness we are going to raise!
